Turning Goals into Results

Seems like yesterday I started my home based Business, and by the time everything fell into place, I’m looking at a new year… wow!

Good thing I have my Taxbot! It really helps to keep all those Marketing $$’s organized!  That’s a huge accomplishment!

If you’re reading this, it’s because you want to change your life for the better, you’re willing to put in the work to make it happen, or maybe you need a “thing” to put it all together… Well here’s a few “things” to help you…

the most effective approach to achieving your goals is to commit to succeeding, in spite of any circumstances; to quit wishing your reality was different and to change the way you view that reality

You have to deeply desire the goal you want to achieve.

Napoleon Hill stated, in his book, Think and Grow Rich “The starting point of all achievement is desire. Constantly hold this desire in your mind. Weak desires bring weak results.”

So, your first step in goal setting and achieving your dreams is that you’ve got to really, really want to achieve the goal.

Visualize yourself achieving  and holding in your hands, that goal.

Lee Iacocca said, “”The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.”” He also said,  “”The discipline of writing something down is the first step toward making it happen.””

We say that too on our Mindset calls every Mon – Fri

Hold in your mind and imagine what will your achievement feel like.

How differently will your life be as a result?

Longer vacations, more time with your Family, nicer car, bigger house, ability to make a choices on how you spend your money and your time.

Our Leader, Franco, recommends that you write goals down on neon bright cards and keep them where you see and are reminded of it every day. In your wallet, door pocket of your vehicle, clipped to the sun visor, on the frigerator, bathroom mirror…. where ever you are, keep it visible.

If you can’t picture yourself achieving the goal, chances are – you won’t.  A goal that you can actually see is massively more powerful.

Be specific, keep them simple, they have to be significant and measurable, they have to be rational, tangible, and aligned with your values, write them down.

Have and Implement a DMO.. Daily Method of Operation / Prioritze your Time

All the great leaders have a DMO, and they stick to it. If something doesn’t work, it’s discarded.  Turn off the TV, say NO to people who want to take your time.

If you don’t MAKE the time you won’t MAKE the goal… Set a specific time frame when you can work your DMO, stay focused and consistant.

BUT most importantly, you gotta have fun! If you’re not having fun, it’ll be too much like drudgery and you’ll quit… Don’t quit, have fun!

Here’s to your Success!
