Blogging – How To Aggregate Content On Your Blog

Do you get stuck looking for blogging content, or have ‘writer’s block’? I have… then there are days where I create 2-3 in one day.

I came across the DigitaMarketer YouTube on Aggregating Content for your Blog… check it out. You can check out more of Russ
Henneberry’s videos here and, if you like his material friend him on
facebook and follow him on Google. There’s a great deal more to be found on his blog also.

It’s always better to create your own, but if you’re looking to edge up and get more engagement, it’s ok to use something that someone else has written. PROVIDED that you give credit to the creator, link back to their original post, and send them a message, with the link of your material (so they can view it) letting them know you’ve highlighted
some of their material.

Not only is that good Business protocol, but shows respect and manners too.

When I first started Blogging, I was so leery of using content written by someone else, I did not want to get tagged for plagiarism,  and you don’t either!

So let me show you an example, and then you’ll get the idea…

This one came from Pinterest. The picture has the link embedded
directing you to the original post. The description below the
picture came directly from her site. Additionally, there is a 2nd
link to the same post.

plants that repel mosquitos

The days are finally getting longer, the snow is (slowly!) beginning to melt, and spring officially arrives in just a few days! While the prospect of warmer weather has us all a bit giddy, we can’t forget the unwelcome intruders that tag along with the sunny summer weather.

Yes, we are talking about mosquitoes, and everybody knows that they can be a huge nuisance. However, using chemical products to keep them away is not on the top of everyone’s wish list.

Read on for some ideas of plants that repel mosquitoes – naturally!

See how that’s done? You can do that for videos too, which is at the top of this Blog. If you’re using video in your Blog, copy the embed code, not the url, then paste in the text section, not the visual….

So there ya go, hope that sparked an inspiration for your next blog post or written material…
